Cookies
This page explains what cookies are, which ones Data Engineers Hub uses, and how you can change your mind.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your cookie preference and keep basic site functions working. We may use analytics cookies — only if you accept — to learn which course pages students open most often.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| dataengineershub_cookie_consent | Stores your accept or reject choice for the cookie banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Data Engineers Hub |
| deh_session | Essential session continuity for form security tokens | Session | Data Engineers Hub |
| _deh_analytics | Optional anonymised page-view counts for curriculum pages | 6 months | Data Engineers Hub (only if accepted) |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use Accept or Reject on our banner. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Rejecting analytics cookies does not block course pages, enquiry forms, or enrolment information.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Those requests are governed by Google’s policies. We do not load advertising networks.
Impact of disabling
If you block all cookies, the banner may reappear on each visit and optional analytics will not run. Essential browsing and forms remain available.
More on privacy
