Acceptance
By browsing this website or confirming an enrolment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a course.

Educational nature
All courses, clinics, labs, and coaching sessions are educational. They are not personal financial product advice, managed discretionary accounts, or brokerage services. You remain responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Enrolment & payment
Enrolment is confirmed when we accept your place in writing and any required deposit or fee is received. Prices on the fees page are informational until confirmed for a specific cohort or coaching slot.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, slide decks, annotated examples, and website content remain the property of Data Engineers Hub. Students may keep personal notes for their own study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of course materials without written permission is prohibited.
Conduct
We may remove a student from a live session or cohort for harassment, sharing copyrighted materials, or disruptive behaviour. In such cases, refunds follow the refund policy where applicable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Data Engineers Hub is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions made after attending a course. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course fee is limited to the amount you paid for that course, except where liability cannot be excluded.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules and descriptions current. Cohort dates may change; confirmed students will be notified by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
